Junior School Ethics Olympiads
Anyone who has worked with children knows how interested they are in ethical and philosophical questions. The Junior Olympiad gives them a structured, supportive way to explore them, and the skills to reason clearly and express their thinking with respect.

All dates are open to schools in every region: every Olympiad runs 10.00am–2.30pm Sydney time, and your local start time can be generated in the calculator below.
On the day
A round-robin format against other schools, with cases drawn from the current set and questions announced on the day. Scores stay private during the event; results are emailed afterward.

Eligibility
Open to students aged between 9-11.
Schools can enter one or two teams of up to five students each.
Awards
Medalists are announced the following day. Every participant receives a certificate, and gold, silver and bronze medals go to the top three schools in regions with five or more teams.
